Nedra founded Civil Bikes to make all of Atlanta's people visible. Civil Bikes highlights the history, art, and culture of the Atlanta landscape. 

The pandemic interrupted tours, and new programming is currently being developed. Civil Bikes will not host tours until it is safe to engage, as our tours are not just about seeing the sights. We designed tours as an entry point to a relationship with Atlanta and her people: past, present, and future.

She is a Master of Heritage Preservation, Georgia State University, 2020, and a Licensed Master of Social Work, New York University, 2001.
