Join Civil Bikes to honor Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., with a community activation event.  We will focus attention on our personal connection to the legacy of Dr. King, Jr.

One of the activities will be to make crowns, “I am a king, too”.   During this activity, participants will reflect on the Six Principles of Nonviolence and ways they intersect with their own identity.

Another activity, will be to create a protest sign.  Here, participants will choose an issue(s) important them and take create action!  Be inspired to have conversations and share knowledge.   Use this time to take stock that the current issues experienced today are both historical and rooted in the founding of the USA.
